Because most of the people do that and Adsense Team gets it as illegal click activity. So dear blog I have don't do refresh your page, where Adsense Ad had been placed, in your browser. If you want to see your blog or site update just find and click the link 'View Blog' in your Blogger or Wordpress Dashboard. Then Adsense team will not count it as illegal and you could get rid of this silly problem and avoid disable Adsense Account.
